AADS is a young design led practice based in Chennai. The Design studio was formed by Arvind BagavathSingh and Sujitha Arvind in 1992.Following accumulated design and practice experience in American and Indian projects, AADS has evolved into a full-fledged firm with the capacity to successfully handle complex projects through enterprising design solutions. AADS has on going involvement in projects for high profile clients where the architure is instrumental in establishing the image and brand. AA Design studio has a strictly defined organization that allows for quick communication and effective task management. Principle Arvind is responsible for firm management and project management.AADS’s design team is led by architect Sujitha. This team is responsible for pro design, schematic design and design development. With an incredibly diverse background this team is effective in designing for all possible locations and scenarios.
AADS’s production team is headed by Arvind.Production at AADS includes Construction Drawings, Bidding and Construction administration.
The consultancy involves architectural design from concept to detailed component design, all negotiations with regulatory and statutory bodies and liaison with other consultants.
