Our Philosophy:

The design philosophy adapted by Archifracts is inspired from the renowned fractal theory. Fractals in simple worlds, are self-repeating elements of design scaled to varying dimensions which in turn renders a complex yet aesthetically appealing pattern resembling the base element. The resulting projections using fractals are unique and profound in aesthetics.

When it comes to the central utility of our designs, “form follows function” is the underlying principle applied. It simply means that the exterior elements of a design should reflect the diverse interior functions. Rather than overtly depending on mere style, this approach sheds focus on the purpose driven design making it efficient in function and giving it a meaningful outlook.

Lighting is the lifeblood and Ventilation is the breath of a design. The two most paramount factors that establishes functionality and valuation of any constructional design. Archifract has held the foundational basics of architecture in terms of lighting and ventilation.

Designing spaces is a visual art and every space that is designed has a story to tell. It begins with your imagination and we help you bring life to that imagination with the boundless possibilities the architectural world has to offer.

The Process:
The vision of any design approach at Archifracts evolves around the utmost deliverance of form and function. Here, we transform the ideas and requirements of our clients into designs that speak of fine aesthetics with functionality at its core. To establish an effective rapport,we follow a 5-step client acquisition process.

Starting with a comprehensive sit- down with the client to understand their needs followed by a report projecting an achievable target derived using the client inputs.

A brainstorming session then takes precedence with the objective to explore design potential & feasibility of the project in terms of Sustainability, Optimisation, Uniqueness and Liveability.

A 3-D spatial presentation of the acceded design approach is rendered for the client and upon the approval
Plan drawings are generated to initiate the construction.
