A.S.Prasanna, Engineering Graduate from Osmania University had completed his Engineering in the year 1989 and worked with Corporates Like M/s Kelvinator, M/s Pentafour Products Ltd and M/s Blue Star before starting his own consultancy in the field of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning. While the operations as a Consultant started as a one-man army under the name of Sri Infra Consultants, over a period of 10 years the organisation grew from HVAC consultancy to all electro Mechanical services by 2005. In the year 2005 Sri Infra went in as a joint partner to work along with M/s Fountainhead Architects P Ltd to take care of end to end solutions for Real estate and Infrastructure customers. Around the same time, he had this vision of creating a company that would act as a one-stop solution for customers.

After parting ways with Fountainhead, the company embarked on achieving its vision –  “ To provide End to End solutions to customers” from Design, Execution and Project management under one roof. Year 2008 witnessed the creation of  Spaacio Developers. The company in its primitive years developed few landmark properties in the city of Hyderabad.

The year 2012 was the formation of “Spaacio Conceptions” to provide end to end solutions to customers. Spaacio Conceptions was started in the year 2012 by D.Pratapreddy,  D.Maheswar and A.S.Prasanna to carry out civil and real estate infrastructure-related activities. The company has been carrying out turnkey solutions to customers across various segments by offering design, build and integrate services across Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Public health engineering.

With a combined turnover of 60 crores over the last 4 years, the company has now embarked on an ambitious growth plan to leverage synergies within the group and tap the larger market potential. To be a preferred one-stop solution provider, the company has tied up with “M/s Sri Infra Consultants” a leading design consultancy firm in the field of Real estate and  Industrial segments. The “MOU” with Sri infra Consultants will enable Spaacio to leverage design and consulting experience across different segments for turnkey projects.

Sri Infra Consultants started in 1996,  has over 25 years of diverse experience in the fields of Architectural, Structural, Electro-Mechanical services and also Land-scaping works design. The company over the years has executed projects across residential, commercial and industrial segments.
